This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains the terms under which verification requests may be cancelled and refunds processed.1. Cancellation PolicyCustomers may request the cancellation of their document verification service within 48 hours of placing the order.

Cancellation requests will only be accepted through one of the following official communication channels:Email: info@indocverification.in OR BY CONTACT PAGE.Cancellation requests must be submitted during our business hours:Working Days: Monday to SaturdayBusiness Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (IST)
1.Requests received outside business hours will be considered as received on the next working business day.

2. Eligibility for CancellationA cancellation request is eligible only if:It is submitted within 48 hours of the order being placed.The verification process has not been completed or substantially performed.The request is received through the official contact channels listed above.TrustIndia reserves the right to refuse cancellation requests that do not meet these conditions.

3. Refund PolicyOnce a cancellation request has been approved, the eligible refund will be processed.Refunds will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.The refund amount will be processed within 7 business days from the date the cancellation request is approved.Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

4. Non-Refundable SituationsRefunds may not be available if:The cancellation request is submitted after the 48-hour cancellation period.The verification service has already been completed.Incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information or documents were provided by the customer.The service cannot be completed due to reasons attributable to the customer.5.
